Situated on the first floor are: lounge and open plan kitchen, and a patio. The lounge sports stylish furniture - round table, armchairs, 2 couches, and a TV. For DSTV please bring your own decoder. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, cupboard  with a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a white table and six chairs on the patio.

Situated on the second floor are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and another patio.

There is a lovely swimming pool area in the complex, secure parking. This secure complex is accessed by remote gate control.

Directions:

From Johannesburg: Take N3 highway to Durban; as you approach Durban, turn into N2 towards North Coast. Take Ballito off-ramp and turn right into M4 which will take you into Ballito. Follow the curves of this road down to Compensation Beach Road. Turn left, and Casa Blanca complex is at 98 on Compensation Beach

From Durban: Take M4 to North Coast which after some 45 km brings you to a T-junction, already in Ballito. Turn right, and follow the curvy road down to Compensation Beach.
